We are a busy Dublin wall panelling company looking for experienced painters to work with us on an ongoing basis.
Our main work is painting the wall panelling we install in clients’ homes.
Very often there are also additional painting jobs on the same projects — rooms, walls, ceilings, doors, skirting and other woodwork.
We supply the work. You provide the professional finish.
99% of projects are in private houses (not construction sites), and we consistently have new jobs available.
What You’ll Be Doing?
Painting newly installed MDF or timber wall panelling (feature walls, stairs, hallways, living rooms, bedrooms, etc.)
Frequently painting additional areas (rooms, ceilings, skirting boards, doors & other woodwork)
Working directly with homeowners
Leaving a clean, high-quality finish every time
How The Arrangement Works?
This is a self-employed / subcontractor setup.
We:
Visit the property if needed
Price the job (either painting of our wall panelling or other residential painting work)
Agree the project price with the client — we only take well-paid, worthwhile jobs
Then:
We send you the full job details
Our fee is already included in the price
You charge the client directly
After completion, you pay us the agreed "marketing fee”
The remaining profit is yours
You don’t need to advertise, quote, or chase customers.
We bring the work — you focus on completing it to a high standard.
We aim to make this a simple, hassle-free system so you can earn strong daily money while we keep the pipeline of good projects coming.
Earnings
Typical minimum of €300 per day
Often higher, depending on speed and project size
Consistent ongoing work
Mostly Dublin and nearby areas (no long-distance travel)
Requirements (Essential)
You must have:
Your own transport (car or van)
Your own painting tools & equipment
Residential painting experience
Ability to work fully independently
Strong attention to detail
A consistently high-quality finish
Reliability and good communication with clients
This is not suitable for beginners or labourers.
